At this time, there is not much known about 10-Hydroxy-9-oxo-Δ-8-tetrahydrocannabinol.
It is believed to be psychoactive, and is listed in the PubMed paper titled: Identification of Psychoactive Metabolites from Cannabis sativa, Its Smoke, and Other Phytocannabinoids Using Machine Learning and Multivariate Methods.
What makes this particular cannabinoid unique is a double bond at position 8, carbonyl at Position 9, OH group at position 10.
